Cancellation policy

**Cancellation Policy**

All SNAP® Device purchases are final and may not be cancelled once an order has been placed. No refunds will be issued.

**SNAP Service Subscription**
SNAP Service renews automatically on an annual basis at $2,500 per year, due and payable in advance. If the annual SNAP Service fee is not paid, access to the SNAP® software platform and SNAP Cloud will be deactivated until payment is received.

**Termination**
Either party may terminate the Purchase & Service Agreement upon written notice if a material breach occurs and is not cured within thirty (30) days of written notice. Immediate termination is available in the event of insolvency or bankruptcy.
